By accessing and using Temple Connect ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
"Platform" refers to Temple Connect, including the website and mobile application. "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform. "Services" include Darshan booking, Pooja booking, e-Prasad delivery, hotel and tour bookings, donations, and other services offered on the Platform. "Temple Partners" are temples and religious institutions partnered with us.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Platform. Users under 18 may use the Platform only with parental or guardian consent.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Temple Connect acts as a facilitator between users and temple partners, hotels, and tour operators. Booking confirmations are sent via email and SMS. Users must carry a valid ID proof and booking confirmation at the time of Darshan or service. Temple Connect reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refund.
All payments are processed securely through Cashfree payment gateway. Prices listed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional charges such as darshan fees, special entry fees, or VIP charges may apply as per temple policies. Users are responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees.
Users agree not to: (a) Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) Provide false or misleading information; (c) Disrupt or interfere with the Platform's operation; (d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (e) Use automated scripts or bots to scrape data; (f) Post abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content in reviews or comments.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Temple Connect or its content providers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Temple Connect is not responsible for the actual Darshan experience, temple rituals, or pooja proceedings, as these are managed by temple authorities. We do not guarantee the accuracy of temple timings, as they may change based on festivals and events. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
Temple Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Temple Connect is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Users access third-party sites at their own risk.
Temple Connect reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
