(b) Booking Information: Temple preferences, booking history, payment details, and travel preferences. (c) Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data. (d) KYC Information: Aadhaar number and PAN number (when required for specific services).
We use your information to: (a) Process bookings and provide services; (b) Send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates; (c) Process payments securely; (d) Provide customer support; (e) Send newsletters and promotional offers (with your consent); (f) Improve our Platform and services; (g) Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: (a) Temple partners and service providers to fulfill bookings; (b) Payment gateways (Cashfree) for processing transactions; (c) Courier partners for e-Prasad delivery; (d) Government authorities when required by law. We use OTP (One-Time Password) based authentication for login, registration, and password reset. OTPs are sent via SMS to your registered mobile number and are valid for 10 minutes. We do not store OTPs in plain text after verification.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance. KYC documents are retained as per government regulations. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
