e-Prasad is prasadam offered at temples and delivered to users via courier. While we take utmost care in packaging and delivery, Temple Connect is not responsible for spoilage, damage, or delay caused by courier services. Prasadam is perishable and should be consumed within the recommended time frame mentioned in the packaging.
All payments on the Platform are processed through Cashfree payment gateway. Temple Connect does not store credit/debit card details on its servers. We are not responsible for any transaction failures, bank charges, or currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.
