How do I register?

Click on the Login/Register button on the homepage, fill in your details, and verify with OTP to create an account.

Is Temple Connect free to use?

Yes, registration is free. You only pay for the services you book or order.

How do I book a Darshan slot?

Visit the Darshan page, select your temple, choose an available slot, and complete the payment to confirm your booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel bookings from your dashboard. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing.

Will I get a refund after cancellation?

Refunds are processed as per our refund policy. Please check the Refund Policy page for details.

What payment methods are supported?

We support UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments through Cashfree payment gateway.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, all payments are processed through Cashfree, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway with 256-bit encryption.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

What is e-Prasad?

e-Prasad is a service where sacred Prasad from temples is delivered to your doorstep.

How long does Prasad delivery take?

Prasad delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Can I track my Prasad order?

Yes, you can track your order from the Track Order page using your order ID.
